Paula Patton is an actress and producer who is best known for her starring roles in the action spy movie Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol and the romantic film Precious. As a child in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, the actress had plenty of goals. She was raised by her mother, who was a fan of films. Paula was active with her school's cocurricular activities and particularly awed by the dramatic arts. Her classmates and she played together and took part in the school productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School's Hamilton Magnet Arts High School was the scene of many school productions. The student decided to be an actor. She went to the University of Southern California for a Summer Program and loved it. The program was an award for a PBS 3-month assignment to make documentaries. She started as production assistant for television documentaries, after completing her task. In the following years, she transitioned to the production of documentaries. Even though she loved her work but she was always wishing for being an actor. She began her journey into acting by playing Will Smith's co-star for the romance comedy Hitch. She has appeared since in numerous films as well as TV shows.
