In March 2012 during an on-air FA Cup Quarter Final on ESPN UK Lowe guided two hours of broadcasting in a position on the pitch at the moment Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba fell over on the field with a cardiac arrest. She was a featured figure in all the important UK media outlets that night. Lowe was the host of the FA Cup Final live for an entire six hours from Wembley Stadium in May 2012. She was the UK's first female journalist to do so. Lowe previously worked at Setanta Sports, as both an anchor and journalist. She hosted the ground-breaking coverage of Football Conference from Setanta Sports between 2007 and 2009. She was co-host of Football Matters Setanta The Premier League's studio program.
