Her most notable role was that of Alexandra Borgia from Law & Order. Other roles played by Parisse include Julia Lindsey Snyder in the soap opera As the World Changes. Anna Maria Parisse, her great grandmother and name-sake, gave her the stage name. Annie Parisse married actor Paul Sparks after a long-term relationship in 2005.
